Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply via email. Any self-replies prior to our response will reset your ticket to the bottom of the queue.

For all other returns, please carefully read the instructions below.

Follow the link below to start your return.
Place a note inside the return package stating your order number.
After receiving your paid return label, print it off and attach it to your return parcel.
Drop off your return at your nearest Post Office.
IMPORTANT

Please ensure the clothes are neatly folded, have their tags attached, and are in their original condition/packaging to ensure your return is accepted. Your return will strictly not be accepted if this is not followed.

All returns must contain a note inside stating the order number, otherwise, your return will not be accepted. Order numbers are in the following format: #XXXXX

Mira Activewear exclusively provides coverage for shipping expenses pertaining to the delivery of your recently exchanged items to your designated location. However, it should be noted that Mira Activewear does not cover the cost of postage for returning the original goods to our facility.
