REFUND POLICY
At Mira Activewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy for exchanges or store credit. Please review the terms and conditions of our refund policy below.
Exchanges
To ensure you get the item you want, the fastest way is to return the product you have, and once your return is accepted, we will ship out the item you desire. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the postage fees to return items to us.
Exchange Shipping: Mira Activewear will cover the postage costs for shipping the new item(s) to you.
Eligibility for an Exchange:Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
To start an exchange, visit our returns page at https://miraactivewear.com/returns and follow the instructions to ensure your return is processed successfully.
Items returned without following the instructions will not be accepted.
We strive to ensure your requested exchange item is in stock when we receive your return, but stock availability is not guaranteed. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect every order before dispatching it. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.Items are eligible for return if deemed faulty within 30 days of receipt.
After 30 days, any damage will be considered wear and tear, and the item cannot be returned.
Tips to reduce wear and tear:Follow the washing instructions to extend the life of your garments.
Treat your gym wear with care.
Ensure you select the correct size to prevent damage.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following:Gift Cards / Store Credits
Underwear
Socks
Hats
Towels
Clearance Items
Swimwear Returns
For swimwear returns or exchanges, the items must be in original condition with the hygiene sticker intact and unremoved. Failure to meet these criteria will result in the return being denied.
Refunds / Store Credit
Refunds are only offered for faulty or damaged items. If an item is found to be defective or damaged, it must be returned to us before we can process a refund.Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for items that don’t fit or if you simply change your mind. In such cases, we will issue a store credit or exchange once the item is returned in its original condition.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return has been inspected and approved.
Please note that bank or credit card processing times may delay the refund posting.
Shipping & Missing Parcels
Mira Activewear is not responsible for lost or missing parcels, including those with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Clearance Section Return Policy
Items in the Clearance Section are marked at a discounted price. These items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.Please consider the following before purchasing:Review the product details, description, and images to ensure your purchase is the right fit.
